This page describes the real, working caseworker portal — not a mockup, not something on the roadmap. Everything below marked "not yet" genuinely isn't built; everything else is live today.
For legal aid, workforce boards & caseworkers
Documentation your clients' benefits offices, courts, and program reviewers can actually trust.
Your clients aren't trying to win the job search faster — they need a record of the effort they've already put in that holds up when someone else has to believe it.
Said plainly
Everytry is not a job-search tool. It's a documentation tool.
There are plenty of products that help someone search for a job faster — better resumes, autofill, application tracking. That's not this. Everytry doesn't try to help your clients find work faster. It takes the effort they're already making — job applications, courses, certifications, informational interviews — and turns it into a tamper-evident record: something a caseworker, a benefits office, or a judge can trust wasn't quietly edited after the fact.
The honesty is the point, not a caveat. See "What this doesn't claim" below — we'd rather you know exactly what you're getting before you put a client in front of it.
The problem you already know
Programs like TANF, SNAP, and unemployment insurance require documented job-search or work effort to keep benefits — and today, that documentation is usually whatever the client remembers to write down.
- 01Self-reported logs are easy to disputea handwritten work-search log, or a typed list a client assembles the night before a review, has no independent evidence behind it — if a caseworker or reviewer questions it, there's nothing to point to.
- 02Clients lose track between real applications and paperworkthe actual job search happens over weeks or months, scattered across emails; reconstructing an accurate record after the fact is genuinely hard, even for someone doing everything right.
- 03What counts varies by program, and case workers carry that burdenUI's weekly work-search certification, TANF's capped job-search allowance, SNAP's broader work/education/volunteering requirement — each is different, and your staff are the ones who have to sort a client's real activity against each one.
How Everytry helps
Two things, both live: a tamper-evident ledger for job applications, and a second one for documented effort beyond the job search itself.
- 01A hash-chained record, not a spreadsheetevery entry a client's record holds is cryptographically chained to the one before it — if any entry were altered after the fact, the chain breaks and that's detectable. This is the one claim on an exported record that's genuinely cryptographically verified.
- 02Real email evidence, not just a claimwhen a client forwards a job-related email — a confirmation, a rejection, an interview invite — the original email is retained and attached as evidence. Entries built this way are marked "email evidence attached" on export.
- 03Effort documentation beyond job applicationsa second, separate forwarding address captures proof of a completed course, a certification, an informational interview, or a training session — the same tamper-evident treatment, kept as its own record alongside job applications.
How the effort address actually works today
A client forwards the email confirming a completed course, an earned certification, an informational interview, or a training session. Everytry attempts to classify which of those four it is, along with the issuing organization and a cleaned-up program name — pattern-matching first, with an AI assist for wording that isn't clear-cut. When neither is confident, the entry keeps the honest, generic "Documented effort" label with the email's own subject line as the title, rather than guessing. Duration in hours is recorded only when the email explicitly states a number — most entries won't have one, and Everytry never estimates a typical length. The original email is retained as evidence either way, same as a job application.
What your org gets access to
An org plan gives your caseworkers access to every linked client's profile — not just the caseworker view above. Clients you're connected to get the fuller feature set as part of that access, at no separate charge to them.
- 01AI-assisted extractionwhen a hard-to-parse email needs it, clients see the real extracted status in their own record, not just raw text.
- 02The effort+ addressevery client gets their own forwarding address for courses, certifications, and informational interviews, described above.
- 03Attachments up to 10MBresumes, offer letters, and other files are captured, not just email text.
- 04Personal analyticseach client sees their own application activity laid out — status breakdown, response rate, top employers.
- 05Filtered record exportsa client can filter their own record by entry type, evidence tier, or date range, and export just that filtered slice as its own PDF.
- 06Supervisor-confirmed hoursa client logging effort hours can request a one-click email confirmation from a supervisor or coordinator — a stronger evidence tier than self-reporting, with an optional name and consented contact email recorded distinctly in their tamper-evident record.
The caseworker portal
Built around client consent, not caseworker override — a client has to explicitly grant access, and can take it back at any time. See it yourself, no signup →
- 01You generate an invite codeone reusable code per caseworker, shared however you already reach your clients — text, email, printed on an intake form.
- 02The client redeems it themselves — that's the consentnothing is shared until the client enters the code on their own account. There's no way for a caseworker to link a client's record without the client's own action.
- 03You see a real roster, scoped to exactly what was sharedeach linked client's actual applications and documented-effort entries, by employer, date, and status — never their underlying identity or sensitive personal attributes, which the caseworker view has no access to at all.
- 04The client can revoke access at any timeone click on their end, no caseworker action needed — access is gone immediately, not "pending removal."
- 05Search and filter your roster, and each client's recordyour caseload summary stats double as clickable filters, plus a search box to find a client fast; open any client's record and filter it the same way — by type, evidence, or date — right from your console.
- 06Export a client's record yourselfopen any client's record and export it — all of it, or just what matches your filters — as a PDF, right from your console. No more waiting on the client to send you their own copy.

For healthcare and social-services administrators: Medicaid work requirements just became your problem too
New Medicaid work-requirement rules attach continued coverage to documented hours of work, job search, education, or volunteering — and clinic staff have no tool built for tracking it. Everytry gives you one.
The pressure you're facing
Work-requirement rules don't pause for a clinic's capacity to track them.
Self-attestation stops being sufficient starting January 1, 2028 — patients will need real documentation, and someone has to help them assemble it. A patient who loses coverage because the paperwork wasn't there isn't just a compliance failure; it's a patient your clinic stops being able to see, at exactly the moment continuity of care matters most. That administrative weight is landing on staff who don't have a system built for it.
What this actually gives your clinic
Two things, both live today — not on a roadmap.
- 01Enroll your patients, monitor real progressthe same consent-based invite-code flow described above works here — a patient enrolls on their own action, and your staff see a real roster: applications, documented effort, and qualifying hours toward their work requirement, all in one place.
- 02Qualifying-hours tracking, not just job applicationsEverytry tracks hours against your own configured threshold — a monthly target, income-equivalent, and rolling compliance window you set — covering job search, documented effort, and other qualifying activity, not job applications alone.
- 03Message your whole caseload directlypost a message once and it reaches every enrolled patient's dashboard — a policy reminder, a deadline, anything your staff needs the whole caseload to see, without contacting each patient one at a time.
Said plainly
Everytry doesn't determine Medicaid eligibility, and it doesn't calculate whether a specific patient's hours satisfy their state's specific rule — that determination belongs to your state program, not to us. No clinic has piloted this against real Medicaid work-requirement enforcement yet, so we won't tell you it protects revenue or improves retention — we don't have that track record to point to. What it gives you today is real: a live way to see a patient's actual documented hours and effort in one place, instead of reconstructing it from memory during a review.
Not yet
There's no manual document upload yet, for either job applications or effort entries — only forwarding the original email works today. A client can't just attach a PDF certificate directly; they need the email that confirms it.
Everytry doesn't calculate or confirm program eligibility or produce state-specific compliance forms. It does track hours against your org's own configured threshold — a monthly target, income-equivalent, and rolling compliance window you set — not a verified TANF/SNAP/Medicaid eligibility determination. It gives you a real record — what a client did, and when — not a determination of what that record qualifies them for.
What this doesn't claim
This is the part most tools gloss over. We'd rather be specific about where the guarantee actually stops.
Said plainly
Tamper-evident since it was recorded — not a verification of the world before that.
The cryptographic hash chain proves one specific thing: a record hasn't been altered since it was entered. Every exported record carries this integrity check, and states plainly if it doesn't pass.
"Email evidence attached" means a real email was captured and the original is retained — it means evidence exists, not that Everytry cryptographically verified the sender's identity. We're specific about this distinction on every export, not just here.
And separately: Everytry doesn't determine benefits eligibility. Job-search documentation is the clearest fit for unemployment insurance's weekly work-search requirement; TANF counts job search too, but under strict federal time caps; SNAP and Medicaid's work requirements are about hours of work, education, or volunteering — which is exactly what qualifying-hours tracking (described above) is built to document, alongside job search. Program rules are set by each program, not by us — what Everytry gives your client is a real record to bring to whichever conversation requires one, not a guarantee about what it qualifies them for.
The line we won't cross
Your clients' data is not for sale.
Everytry never reads a client's inbox — only the emails they choose to forward, to an address only they control. We don't sell your individual data. Aggregate, de-identified patterns may in the future help you see where similar effort has paid off — not published, not sold to third parties, and never at the cost of your privacy. Nothing on this page is oversold, including this line.
We're piloting with a small number of design partners.
Everytry is free, full access, for a small number of design-partner legal aid clinics and workforce boards in our first metro cohort — you'd be helping decide what the caseworker portal becomes next. Separately, published organization pricing (with a discounted founding rate for the first 10 paying orgs) is real and live — see pricing.
