This page describes exactly what works today. Everytry is early. Right now there is one way to add applications to your record: forwarding email. That's it. If a future update adds more ways, this page will say so — and until it does, don't expect anything else to happen automatically.

How it works, right now.

One thing, done honestly: you forward job-related emails, and they become part of your record.

Not yet built

There is no browser extension yet. Everytry does not connect to your Gmail or Outlook inbox, and does not read your email automatically. Nothing watches LinkedIn or Indeed for you. If you've heard about those features, they're on the roadmap — not live. This page will be updated the moment any of that changes.

01

Sign up and log in

Create your account with an email and password. You'll need to confirm your email once — check your inbox for a link.

02

Find your forwarding address

Once you're logged in, your home screen shows a unique address that belongs only to you. It looks like this:

apply+yourtoken@in.everytry.app
03

Forward or BCC job emails to it

Whenever you apply somewhere, or get a reply — a confirmation, a rejection, an interview invite — forward that email (or BCC it when you send your application) to your address. Works with any email provider: Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, a school email, anything that can forward mail.

Example
You get a rejection from [email protected]. You forward it to your Everytry address. Within a few minutes, it shows up in your record as a rejected application — with the original email attached as evidence.
04

Check your record

Log back in anytime to see what's been captured. Give it a few minutes after forwarding — it's not always instant.

05

Export your record as a PDF, anytime

An "Export PDF" button on your home screen generates a timestamped PDF of your whole record. Each entry lists the employer, date, and status — marked "email evidence attached" wherever a forwarded email backs it up — plus a cryptographic statement confirming the record hasn't been altered since it was recorded. Built for benefits filings, bankruptcy cases, or court review.

Questions people actually ask

Do I have to forward every single application?
Right now, yes — that's the only way anything gets added. There's no automatic capture yet.
Can I forward from my phone?
Yes. Forwarding an email works the same on any phone or computer — this is one of the few things in the whole product that already works everywhere, on any device, any email app.
Is there a Chrome extension?
Not yet. If you've seen this mentioned anywhere, it's a planned feature, not something you can use today.
Do you read my Gmail or Outlook inbox?
No. Everytry has no connection to your email account. Nothing is read automatically. The only emails Everytry ever sees are the ones you personally choose to forward.
What if I forget to forward something?
It just won't be in your record. There's no way to add it after the fact except forwarding it late, which still works — the timestamp reflects when you forwarded it, not when the original email arrived.
Is there a size limit on what I can forward?
Emails and attachments up to 10MB are captured automatically. Larger files may not be saved — this covers the vast majority of job-related emails, including a typical resume attachment.

On privacy, since this involves email

Only the emails you choose to forward are ever seen by Everytry. Your inbox itself is never accessed, connected to, or read. The forwarded email is stored securely and attached to your record as evidence — because an email that actually came from an employer is stronger proof than something typed in by hand.
